Belgium went 1-0 up against England and the winger celebrated by trying to boot the ball into the net.
But he smashed it into the post and it rebounded back on to his face.
lolLuckily, Batshuayi took both the impact and the situation very well and went on Twitter to explain.
Ahahha I knew I would be f*cked the minute I come to my mentions why am I so stupid bro shit hurts

Michy Batshuayi nearly knocked himself out while Adnan Januzaj was celebrating
It’s not the end of the world, is it?
Even if we lose this, England will play Colombia in the next round and face a ‘simpler’ route to World Cup glory.
It’s coming home either way.
Peach.ReutersBut the best thing about Adnan Januzaj’s goal wasn’t the way he sat Danny Rose down with a beautifully executed piece of skill.
Nor the way he arrowed a left-footed shot past Jordan Pickford into the England net.
But the way Michy Batshuayi got involved in the celebrations – nearly knocking himself out.
Can’t stop thosePA:Press AssociationBatshuayi, who recovered from an injury just in time to make it to Russia, collected the ball as it rolled out of the net and turned to run away with his teammates.
But before he left the goalmouth he smashed the ball against one of the posts in sheer delight.
What he didn’t expect was to see the ball coming straight back at him at 100mph.
Connecting directly with his smiling chops.

World Cup fantasy football: The five highest-rated fantasy performances of the World Cup
The World Cup is a time to make a name for yourself, especially among fantasy football managers.
Dream Team World Cup players thrive of those individual performances that hoover up fantasy points.
When you’re outshining Modric you’re definitely doing something rightGetty - ContributorAs you know, there are three points on offer for a WhoScored.com rating of over 7 and another five for being named Star Man.
We have scoured the 26 matches that have already been played and can bring you the top five highest-rated performances of this World Cup.
***Spoiler Alert*** Cristiano Ronaldo’s performance against Spain ISN’T no.1.
Denis Cheryshev, Russia – 8.94 Definition of super-subGetty - ContributorTalk about a substitute making an impact.
Cheryshev came on after 24 minutes and went on to score twice in a brilliant display for the Russians in the opening game.
He racked up 13 points and registered a shining rating of 8.94 with WhoScored.com – but surprisingly he wasn’t even Star Man in that game.

Passing, tackling, goal-clearances, scoring goals, you name it Rakitic did it.
Rakitic’s stunning display against the Argentinians was the first performance in this list which scored above nine as the Croatian bagged 13 points.
Jose Gimenez, Uruguay – 9.56 He protec, he atac, he scores goalsEPAHe kept a clean sheet, generally bossed Egypt’s attackers and then went up the other end and scored a last-minute winner from a corner.
It was a dominant display from 23-year-old Jose Gimenez and it laid the foundation for Uruguay to likely top Group A.
A rock at the back, Gimenez put in the third highest rated performance of the tournament so far with his 9.56.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Portugal – 9.83 The NASA ball doing all sorts of strange things to Ronaldo’s faceReutersThree goals, against Spain, in your first match of the World Cup 2018, everyone saying you are better than Lionel Messi… Ronaldo couldn’t have dreamt it better himself.
OK, the first one was a penalty, the second a dodgy error but the third was pure Ronaldo magic.
The rest of his game wasn’t bad either.
Ronaldo rocked the WhoScored.com richter scale with a whopping 9.83 and 28 points.
Backed it up with his fourth goal of the tournament against Morocco in his next game.
Aleksandr Golovin, Russia – 9.91 The star man donAP:Associated PressSo, so close to the perfect 10.
Golovin was everything you would want from your midfield playmaker against Saudi Arabia.
He conducted the orchestra from the middle of the park and laid two goals on a plate for his teammates.
If that wasn’t enough he stepped up to curl home a stunning free-kick for Russia 5th goal.
It may be controversial but we’re going with Golovin over Ronaldo on this one.
